Spring was on time this year so
we got the corn planted in our
impoundment by the middle of
April. The warm days and
nights in May and June along
with the periodic rains really
made the corn grow fast.
By the middle of July we had an
above average crop.
The ducks will enjoy this!
September 5, 2007
We planted our millet the first
of August and at this time it
looks great -- thick and lush
with big heads. All
ducks like millet!
